Phase 01
Sourcing
We start in the orchard, not the office.
Our field team lives among growers across four regions — Souss-Massa for citrus and vegetables, Loukkos for berries, Meknès for stone fruit, and the Draa for dates. We contract acreage a season in advance, walk the rows weekly, and only cut for export what meets the buyer's spec.

Field heat is the enemy of shelf life.
Fruit is hand-picked at target Brix, ferried in shallow crates to the closest station, and pre-cooled within four hours. Forced-air tunnels drop core temperature before the fruit ever sees a packing line — the single biggest lever we have on how the container arrives.

Every crate carries a buyer's spec, not a generic grade.
Optical sizers, color and Brix calibration, and human eyes on every tray. We pack to your format — 5 kg wholesale, 500 g punnet, private-label carton — with GlobalGAP, BRCGS and HACCP compliance documented on every pallet.

We book our own reefer containers out of Tanger-Med and Agadir, or fly perishables direct from Casablanca. Temperature and humidity logged end-to-end, customs paperwork prepared before the truck leaves the packing house.
